The unexpected luxuries, such as a cool marble floor, original art work, individually controlled air conditioning and a L-shaped convertible sofa that comfortably seats 6, have all been chosen to work together making it a perfect place to be while you are at home in Paris.

There is a built in desk and elegant dining table with comfortable upholstered dining chairs for 6, so if you get tired of eating out (as if!) you can always dine in with style. A concealed 42inch HD flat screen cable TV for the news and programmes in English, plus many DVD films, an iPhone player and a library of books on the area – with a few trashy novels for your lazy Sundays – complete this wonderful room. The room is finished with a large French 17th century mirror and decorative molding making it a wonderfully classical Parisian séjour.

Comfortable beds & sparkling en-suites

Bedroom 1: With a south facing full height double glazed window overlooking the quiet courtyard, solid oak flooring and individually controlled concealed air conditioning, this room is calm and stylish offering you all the opulence you could wish for. The Swiss Comfort memory foam extra long king sized double bed (180cm x 200cm, 72in × 80in) can be made up as two singles (90cm x 200cm, 36in x 80in).

There are fitted wardrobes and shelving enough for you to unpack completely and take all your purchases, plus an antique vanity table with stool. All this is enhanced with a generous sparkling en-suite bathroom with large sink, towel warmer, and a tub with rain shower over, making it relaxing place to be after an eventful day in the City of Light.

Bedroom 2: Individually controlled air conditioning with an en-suite bathroom that has a rain head shower, sink, toilet and towel warmer make this delightful bedroom just perfect! It has a full length double glazed window, traditional wooden shutters and the original cherub ironwork railings. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom.

Everything has been designed for your comfort, to the fitted wardrobe, extensive bookshelves and cupboards, efficient radiator, the full height mirror to the king sized bed (180cmx190cm, 72in×80in) with memory foam wall cushions; your personal haven presented with charm!

Guest toilet

Guest toilet: There is a second toilet with a generous sink just off the living room. This toilet can be accessed by those in bedroom 1 with complete privacy when the concealed sliding door to the kitchen is closed. This room also has a cupboard that hides the washing machine and separate dryer, which closes them off from the rest of the apartment to reduce noise.

Sleek gourmet kitchen

Sleek with clean lines, this gourmet kitchen has been professionally designed to be ultra efficient, while at the same time being discreet by concealing all of the kitchen appliances. Presented with a microwave, quiet cooker hood fan, fridge and separate feezer, electric fan oven and induction hob; from the coffee maker to the perfect white porcelain this kitchen is designed to be perfect for everything from warming your croissants to producing your own Haute Cuisine meal.

Opening onto the living room, the kitchen can be completely separated by a full height sliding door, with an opaque glass panel, that retracts back into the wall like magic. This closes off the kitchen if you wish to cook in private, but is also useful at night when you have guests sleeping in the living room. The ingenious layout allows each of three couples privacy with their own access to bathrooms and the guest toilet.

You enter the flat via a small lobby that leads into the kitchen. There is a large coat and shoe cupboard for your convenience.
