 Traditional Spanish Coastal Town House

A special place to stay

Dining roomWe have from Mid September onwards for 2005.

This site shows you something of our simple, traditional town house on the east coast of Spain in the Valencian Community. The house is in the historic area of a (mainly) old market town which is surrounded by orange groves. Oliva is not a tourist town, but a delightful working town with its wealth based on oranges … real Spain. Oliva has a fantastic long, golden sandy European Blue Flag beach and a typical mediterranean climate. It has about 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and a sea temperature from 13C to 29C in summer.

Property overview:
Sleeps four in twin and double bedrooms. There is a shower room, kitchen area off the dining room (top right), living room, two roof terraces, one with magnificent views over the mountain.

Costs: From £180 (270) per week to £250 (
375) for the whole house including electricity excluding linen. We still have some July and August availability.

The Blue Flag beach at Oliva, it is cleaned every day during the summer. During the winter, it is a great source of fire wood!
